NOTE: W2 hourly only, no C2C please.

NOTE: This is a remote position, however the client team requires approximately 1-2 weeks per year for onsite at the client facility in Urbandale, IA, for alignment and team building. This is at the hiring manager's discretion.

NOTE: No sponsorship is available for this role, now or in the future.

The position will:

Work with development teams to verify web application features

Work with teams on creation and refinement of full system/application functional test cases

Work with teams on creation and refinement of full system/application performance test cases

File issues that are detected in software development tools ie. Rally, ADO, Jira & GitHub along with collected supporting data

Must have experience:

1-3 years of experience with test case creation & automation for web applications

Nice to have:

4 year degree

Additional information about this role:

Responsible for providing expertise and consultative services associated with the Quality Assurance Process for medium to high complexity projects

Provides overall expertise in testing methodology and evaluation processes

Identifies, recommends and implements changes/process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of automated and manual test strategies and framework and provides solutions for bottlenecks within the processes

Directs preparation and execution of Quality Assurance Process plans and deliverables

Design, develop and implement overall testing strategy for enterprise systems

Stays current in Quality Assurance processes and/or techniques and recommends improvements and/or enhancements of new testing techniques and testing tools

Develops, updates, and may provide training on Quality Assurance processes and deliverables which may include methodology, best practices

Ensures standard Quality Assurance processes are adhered to by the project team and provides feedback and guidance to the team on processes and deliverables

Gathers and communicates quality metrics and performs periodic Quality Assurance audits

Pay: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
